To Bert's family:
What a truly wonderful man. I had the privilege of working with him at HEHS. We always shared stories and laughed over so many things. I enjoyed his coming back for the holidays to visit with his Hoffman family. He also willingly shared his youth with my gifted classes and they learned so much about the past. He lived a full life and the world was a much better place becasue of him. I will miss him.
