Dear Chris, dear Family Lai,

It is hard to imagine the garage without your father. He seemed to belong there eternally. We are very sorry for your loss.

To The Lai Family,

Our thoughts are with you during these times. He was a very kind man and will be missed.

To the Lai family: We are very sorry for your loss. Mr. Lai was a very kind and loving man who lived a great life. He was also so generous with his time when we were at the shop discussing whatever, sports, cars, anything in the news, etc. He will be greatly missed. May peace be with you and your family at this time of sorrow.

Our sincerest sympathies to the etire family. I met your Dad only a few times, however he left a lasting impression upon me as a caring, honorable and devoted man. My father Leon will miss his good friend. I am sorry.

Lil: May God Bless you and your family at this time of sorrow. I'll always remember Yun as a cheerful, generous person who always invited Alex and I to your family gatherings for dim sum. He will be missed by many.

I knew the entire Lai Family,I went to Lai's Central Service so many times,I would not want to count the times,Bert Lai & Shan Chiu where alway's together,So when Mr Chiu Died & I had coffee with Bert & son(KRIS)I thought about both of them.Bert told me how Mr Chiu had passed away,word for word,I found that VERY Heart warming.So I Guess it's only fair that Bert was lonely & only went to pay MR.Chiu a visit.

Our deepest sympathy! He was a great man that lived a great life! Also too short of a life.
