Not sure what to say?

Lillian, you were so lucky to have found Bert again, and to have spent so many good years together.

Bert, I will so miss you, you brought such a breath of fresh air to my life. I loved hearing your proud stories about your family and their accomplishments, your excitement about Gilda's Club and getting your inspirational emails. My heart goes out to your family and friends, you are one in a million-I will miss you.

Lillian, I've had you and Bert in my prayers many times recently - Sue Schickli Todd has kept me updated. I remember you both so fondly, and esp. the dinner party at Sue's for our 45th reunion. Didn't we have a great time! Bert was so special, and the perfect emcee for our reunions! Know that I'll continue to keep you in my thoughts, and look forward to seeing you next June.
Much love,
Elizabeth Thurber Campbell

I was very sad to hear of Bert's passing. I remember him as a kind and caring boy and young man. My sympathy and condolences go to his family and friends, may his strength and wisdom carry you on.

Bert, we will miss you. As luck would have it, we built a home just across the street from you and Lillian. We could not have asked for better neighbors. We will watch over Lillian for you.

Good-bye Bert. Thank you for the many gifts you gave to all of us who knew you. Your cheerful countenance and unfailing positive expectancy taught me to hope, trust and love. Your kindness is with me always. Your spirit lives on in the hearts of thosw whose lives you touched.

Thank you for being who you are. Heaven has received a wonderful gift in you.

Bert levy, I will miss you, great mentor, friend, and therapist. You guilded me to greater strengh, hope, and belief in the greater good of the world. Thank you for all that you have given so many. May all of your good works greet you as you return to where we all have come.

My deepest condolences to all of his family and friends and to his dear wife and children.
