Dear Marilyn and family,
He will be greatly missed by my family, the MItchell's and Braswell's. He was an awesome man and friend. As I said yesterday, he is now sitting with his loved ones and friends who have gone on and they are all having coffee.

Our prayers and thoughts are with ya'll during this time of grief.I know ya'll have great memories of Bert.I know I do having grown up knowing the PAYNE's was a blessing.Especially when they lived in LAKEVIEW and listening to the picking and grinding Mr.Payne played.Can't forget the poker at MAMA PAYNES.Iwas really shocked this morning when I read this he will always be in our memories
