Dear Betty and family,
I want to express my deepest sympathies to you at this time. I am saddened to hear of Bert's passing and am now flooded with memories of the 4 years I knew him at OBC (1982-86). He will forever be remembered in my life as a great musical and spiritual inspiration to me. Many of the lessons I learned from sitting in his classes and chapels, have impacted my life today and I thank God for him! He was always so encouraging and wonderful to be around!
