As a graphic designer based in Baton Rouge, I had the great fortune to meet Mr. Bert in 1990 when I was asked by Mr. Thomas to do advertising work for Turner Industries. One of the project that remembered most is creating a paper sculpture of Mr. Bert for the 1992 holiday season card.
