Dear Mrs. Turner and Family;

Our condolences on the loss of your very special loved one. We pray that God 's Grace will solace the grieving you now experience. Also know that Mr. Turner leaves a living legacy in his Family and his Deeds and will never be forgotten. May God Bless you and your family today, tomorrow, forever.

Dear Turner Family Members:
Please accept our hearfelt sorrow at the passing of Mr. Bert. On behalf of the Greater Baton Rouge Industry Alliance, we value the contributions that Mr. Turner and Turner Industries have made and are making to the success of industry in our region. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

My dad, Arthur DeJean, worked for and retired from Nichols Construction Company. He always spoke highly of Mr. Turner and said he was a good man to work for. May you find some comfort in knowing that Mr. Turner touched so many lives.

To the Turner Family;
Our thoughts and prayers are with your family as you go through this difficult time. May God go with all of you.

To the Turner Family, I worked for Mr. Turner for 40 years and remember at the end of each month he would come to me faithfully and ask "What kind of a month did we have, Bud?" Even retired I still feel a part of the Turner Family.

I have followed Mr. Turner through the LSU Alumni organization and thank you both for your support of LSU. Not only have we lost a friend in Mr. Turner, but the entire community, both...

Mrs. Sue,
My deepest condolences to you and your family. During the time I had gotten to spend with you and Mr. Bert it really was a pleasure to to be able to see what a wonderful and kind person he was...funny also. May God bless you and your family and you know ole Mr. Bert will be watching down on you as you do your gardening. God Bless.

One of the project that remembered most is creating a paper sculpture of Mr. Bert for the 1992 holiday season card. The front of the card is a paper sculpture of Mr. Bert with a santa clause hat, finger pointing with his ever famous slogan "UNCLE BERT WANTS YOU..." to have a safe and happy holiday. I know Mr. Bert will "WANT...
