Bertha L. Broadwater NORFOLK - Bertha Lou Broadwater, 81, of the 3400 block of Humboldt St., passed away Aug. 26, 2008. The funeral has been rescheduled to 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 13, at Metropolitan Funeral Service, Granby St. Chapel.
