DAHL, Bertha Chloe (Floyd) of Gaines, passed away peacefully on February 20th at the age of 70.
She was born in Rosiclare, Illinois on September 9, 1951, and the daughter of the late Milford and Ada May Floyd.
She was retired from UPS. She loved gardening and crafts, working on genealogy and visiting her family in Missouri.
Chloe is survived by her sons John Dahl (Careena) and Dan Dahl; her beloved grandchildren Falishica Atkins and Ryan Dahl; nieces and nephews; and many family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Dahl; her parents and siblings.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. Cremation has taken place. Visitation 12:00 Noon Saturday, March 5, 2022 until the time of the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in loving memory of Chloe Dahl To Genesee County Humane Society.

I considered Chloe as a UPS friend for many years. She was a go getter and always had her heart in the right place. It saddens me that she has passed, may she RIP and may the Light of our Savior shine upon her.
