Not sure what to say?

It was with great sadness that I learned today of the passing of a lovely, intelligent, and kind lady, Mrs. Bertha Mae Winborne Edwards. Mrs. Edwards and her family, especially her father, were cherished friends of my mother's family. I grew up knowing Mrs. Edwards through the reference desk at the Portsmouth Public Library. She was always helpful and kind to me and to my family. I mourn her loss and extend my deepest sympathy to her loved ones.

Mr. Thomas Edwards and Family,

We at Zion Baptist Church are deeply saddened at the lost of your sister-in-law. Our prayers are that God will continue to bless, comfort and keep you and your family in perfect peace.
