Bertie Juanita Allison

I remember Aunt Bertie as a child and then just over a year ago went to see her again.
I am Sherrie (Guatney) Fitzgerald- Elmer Guatney's daughter.
Dad, myself, my husband and our son, Kristopher, went to see Aunt Bertie in Andover. Of course, she did not recognize me or my husband and son but as soon as she saw dad, she lit up and said "Elmer! Well come on in!" We had a nice visit that day.

My husband and I used to manage the apartment complex where Bertie once lived. She was one of our favorite tenants. Such a sweet lady. I was always very intrigued and enlightened by her stories of the past. She will be greatly missed by many.
