Not sure what to say?

My deepest sympathies to all of you. I have such wonderful memories of Bert from working with him at Rockford Standard. When Bert wasn't busy taking care of his customers and entertaining us with wonderful, funny stories, I would find him up on the floor reading and learning interesting new things. My husband remembers all the time he spent with his boys at their boy scout troop. His family and friends were the core of his being. His wonderful laugh will always be in my heart.

Helen, Frank, Lindsey & Emily - Just remember that your loving memories will keep Bert with you forever - My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this difficult time. Cara Creamer (friend & co-worker of Helen's)

To the entire Johnson family:
My heart is with you all at this sad time, and I so wish I could be there. We enjoyed our time we spent with Bert and Gen so much while we were home in June.
I will always cherish the deep friendship and love I shared with Bert. He was a wonderful man and I will miss him very much. My love to you all.

To my friends the Johnson's,

I was saddened to hear of your loss and will pray for you all in this time of need. Bert was a good man and will live on in the hearts of all those he touched with his love, kindness and his great sense of humor. Our families deepest sympathy to all of you.
