My families deepest sympathies go out to the Culpepper family. Some of my fondest memories of him are fishing out on Lake Erie at Pebble Beach for Perch and Snowmobiling up in Flint. He will be missed by all.

My condolences to the Culpepper family. Bert was a very positive influence on the Fenton community. He was a great friend to law enforcement. His contributions through the Fenton Service Club were invaluable.

Bert was a great friend and a great person. He will be missed as we go North each spring for the Boyne Country Classic. His smile and big laugh will be missed by his friends that meet up North. He will always be with us.
