Darling Daddy, I continue to miss you. You'd love Diza, our Border Collie, and now that I am about to retire, I am mourning the trips I can't take with you. I will always love my beloved Dad.

I missed you especially this year, Daddy. We lost Jake, the dog we adapted just before you died, on President´s Day. He was an Australian Shepherd but you would have loved him like a rough Collie. I ran and cried a lot with him and he patiently soaked up my sorrow. I have felt your loving presence since he died and hope you two are at last getting to hang out (with Simcha, Rebel and all the Skippies). I love and miss you forever, dearest Daddy.

Darling Daddy, I will miss you forever. Your kindness, insight, quiet knowledgeability, humor and boundless love gave me a base from which to soar. Your memory is truly a blessing and I hope you are in a wonderful land of chocolate and great symphonic music with Simcha and Rebel and all the Skippys.

I miss my Dad just as much now as 11 years ago. I hope he is in a heavenly location, because he certainly deserved that. A big daddy sized hug to all those who loved him.
