Bob and Diane, I just read Beryl's obituary and was bereft all over again. A Santa Fe friend told me he died last month. My memories of him go back to 1950. He was a great friend to me and to George starting in 1949 when I believe they met on the Gulf Coast train that brought them together to Tulane, then fraternity brothers and med school classmates. We have the same wedding anniversary, June 16, 1955. He loved sharing book recommendations, music and political opinion with me. What a loss....
