Beryl, I miss you so much. For 12 years you were my best friend & confidante. I miss your smile & your laugh. We had so many good memories. I miss our talks on Mondays after I retired. I got to know your family & they were all wonderful to me. Jim & I did whatever we could to help you in your time at The Northridge. You will forever live in my heart dear friend.

Beryl & I got to know each other when she came to live at The Northridge Apartments. She became one of my best friends & confidants. We could talk about almost anything. We laughed a lot too. I´ll always remember her smile & her laugh. She would talk about her childhood in England & her family during the war. We had the pleasure of meeting her brother , Felix, when he came to visit. I have known Beryl and Richard for many years. We were neighbors for a long time then we remained friends for many more. We got together often before Richard became ill. After he passed and my husband passed we still got together. The past few years we mostly played Words with Friends and talked on the phone. I will miss her. She called to say goodbye awhile ago. She was at peace. She knew she was loved and she told me she was ready to go.
