Charlotte was very welcoming to our family when we moved onto Fairoaks Rd. in August of 2000. She was a good neighbor and a font of information for those new to the area. Charlotte was lovely - in so many ways. Our sympathies to her family. She exemplified a "life well lived and she lived fully".
