Not sure what to say?

Had Mrs. Ostrander for 10th grade Geometry, 1970-71 at OFA. Just a sweetheart of a person-warm, kind, friendly, soft-spoken, patient, great teacher. So sorry for your loss.--Bill Alexander, Jr., Clyde, NY

Beth was so enthusiastic about the TCHS & Museum docent program, and helping researchers in the library. She was a lovely lady. My condolences to Dave and family on her passing.

From the former Museum Operations Assistant

Beth was such a wonderful example to all who knew her. She followed her passions and truly made a difference in so many lives. She was my teacher at OFA and continued to be a source of encouragement and inspiration all these years since. She will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathy Dave, you will continue to be in my prayers.

The world has lost a shining star, but heaven has gained an angel. We will certainly miss Beth's presence and friendly manner each week at church. May the memories you have keep Beth close to your heart.

Dave

May the Lord give you comfort and strength in this time of sorrow.
I will continue to pray daily for you.

I have fond memories of working with Beth when she supervised student teachers of mine. She had a wonderful gentle demeanor about her which impacted those with whom she had contact. I have enjoyed seeing her again at WBET luncheons. She will be missed.

I cannot overstate how much of a role model she was. She, along with her loving husband, both ignited my passion for math and science. She was kind yet spirited, devoted, compassionate and dedicated. Her valuable influence enriched the lives of many of her students. I will always be grateful for these valuable contributions to my own life. My deepest sympathy to her husband and family.

With our deepest sympathy, Richard & Dolores Brown Largo, FL

Mr. Ostrander,

We were shocked to hear of Beth's passing - We know she has endured alot over the last year or so but whenever we saw you two together she was always smiling - Our thoughts are with you
