RENO, BETH Goodrich Age 76, died Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at Genesys Regional Medical Center. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, August 28, 2014 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Reverend Jeremy Africa officiating. Visitation 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Beth was born in Flint, Michigan on August 24, 1937, the daughter of Artie and Marie (Schwabauer) Redburn. On August 18, 1960 she married Frederick Reno in Flint and he preceded her in death on August 15, 1990. Mrs. Reno retired from AAA Insurance. Surviving are children, Steve Reno of Las Vegas, Linda and husband Loren Smith of GA; one grandson, Hunter;nephew, Michael Henderson of Linden; niece, Michele Lindley of GA; cousins, Chuck Hobson of FL and Chuck Carlisle of Flint.Your condolences may be shared with the family at www.swartzfuneralhomeinc.com

Steve, My condolences to you and the rest of your family. I remember our walks together and the help you gave me the first years of my recovery. I will cherish my painting. I remember how nice your mom was when I called. My best wishes to you and the rest of the family.

Beth was a very kind person. I worked with her at AAA for many years she was a pleasure to be around. May God bless her and her family.

So very sorry to hear of her passing. We worked together at AAA for several years before I moved out of state. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

So sorry to hear of Beth's passing. My sympathy to Steve, Linda and family. Hunter was the star of her life also. So now when he see's a star, it will be her watching over him and all of you. To late for regrets, but I wish I could have talked to her one more time. I worked with her at Flint Auto Auction and we became friends. Prayers and thoughts.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Beths family. She was a great person. We worked together at AAA for years and shared many tears and many laughs. RIH Beth!!
