Not sure what to say?

A clear thinker, with values that made a difference in the lives of all she encountered, Bethany exemplified what it best means to be human.

I savor every note, postal card, photo and memory that Bethany gave to me.

I had the priviledge of working with Bethany and quickly learned that her kindness and benevolence were matched only by her ability to make others feel appreciated.

Bethany remains one of the most original and spirited women I have ever known.

She is missed.

Dear Starr and Rosie,

We were so sad to learn of Bethany's passing. She was such a vibrant, funny, warm person, creative and witty, and with such a great laugh.

It has been awhile since we've seen you--Rosie, I doubt you would remember us. But we will never forget your mother--and we feel so lucky that we had the chance to know her. We send our love and sympathy to you both.

Your friends, Rick, Joan, Isa and Susana

Dear Rosie,
I was so sorry to read about the loss of your mother. I know that you gained such strength and maturity because of her. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
Hope that high school has been good for you. Hang on to good things and wonderful memories. Email me when you can.
Fondly,
Mrs. Lane
