My heartfelt sympathy to Betsy's children, grandchildren, and all those who were close to her. Betsy was a great lady and pillar of the Lake Forest community and Bridgeport. Betsy set the standard and example for service for all those who worked with her or benefitted by her volunteer work in Lake Forest, Bridgeport, and her church. Although I was in the class of 1956, I remember Betsey vividly. She had a lovely sophistication about her, and she was always surrounded with many friends.
