Not sure what to say?

There are too few people in this world like Mrs. Lindfors. In fact, there´s not enough space here to sufficiently express my unending appreciation and gratitude that I feel every day for this amazing woman. Initially, having interviewed with Mrs Lindfors, she was very much one of the strongest factors in my attending Suffield. Later, she would become my advisor, mentor, part time Mom and wonderful friend. Often I´d volunteer to give campus tours and enjoyed more time in her orbit. When it...

What wonderful people they were. We at Our Town Eye Care will miss them both.

My father and I arrived to Suffield after a packed couple days of visiting schools. And it was in the middle of a snow storm! Coming from the midwest, I had my doubts about boarding school, but Betsy and Ken welcomed us into their home on campus. After spending just a short time with Betsy, I knew Suffield was my school. She was such a warm, caring person and really looked out for me while I was there. I will always be grateful for her and am sorry the world has lost such a wonderful person....

RIP Betsy and Ken! and thanks for setting wonderful examples of how to live life!

Betsy Lindfors was a stabilizing presence in Suffield Academy. She was present at school events and she always showed a special interest in you, in what you were doing, and in your ideas about different things. Her constant smile gave you the idea that everything was going to be ok. It was who she was, she was always optimistic and caring. She helped to make Suffield Academy a better place.

Ken and Betsy were wonderful, generous people who gave so much to the Suffield Academy community and to the town. I'm very sorry to learn of this loss. Blair

THank you so much for being so kind to me when I was a student at Suffield Academy. Your warmth and good cheer, your smile and laugh were always refreshing! Gracias!

Betsy and Ken were both such warm people who seemed to both love the Suffield community as well as project its welcoming spirit. May they rest in peace.

We are deeply saddened to learn of Betsy's recent death. She and Ken provided strong leadership of the Suffield Academy family when we joined the faculty in 1978. It was a joy, both personally and professionally to have known and enjoyed their friendship. Blessing to all their family and friends. Gerry and Nancy LaPlante
