Dearest Jim and Family,

I have been thinking about your Bette the past few days as I sit with my beautiful Mother, Elaine, in her room at a nursing home. I was showing her pictures of her home in Fla and showing her pictures of herself and her best friend Bette! My Mom does not talk anymore as she has had ALZ for the past 11 years, but when she saw Bette's picture she had the Biggest smile on her face...she held the picture in her hand and kept staring at it. I talked to her more...

Will never forget our tennis playing days, Bette was one super lady.My heart goes out to Jim and family.

Since I had moved from Aurora I had carried you in my heart Bette. With your stylish spunk and how much you appreciated and enjoyed LIFE. You are a testimony to life being a gift and you had an amazing journey. I am sorry I missed the services, I was in California. My condolences to the entire Mirgliotta family.

Take comfort knowing that Bette is now with our Heavenly Father. May are hearts begin to heal with the memories of her love and kindness towards each of us. God Bless
