Betty was best known by many of us "Sweet Betty", and that perfectly fit her personality! She was my only neighbor ally that hung laundry on a clothesline on a regular basis. We had frequent conversations in our backyards. Betty always insisted on doing everything herself if you offered to help her with anything that included pulling weeds to shoveling snow! We will certainly miss our Sweet Betty

I remember Aunt Betty riding with me when I got my drivers permit. We went to a hardware store in Portage to pick up stuff for my dad who was building our house in Delton. The parking lot was gravel and when I pulled out I spun the tires. We laughed all the way home. Rest in peace

Sooooo many memories with Betty. Too many to share here but she ALWAYS treated me as one of her own. Every night I would go to her house and we'd walk around-the-clock BIG block just talking and waiting to hear from her son Richard who was in the Army at the time. She was a very good friend and person. Sorry we didn't keep in touch.Was glad to see/visit with her at her Great granddaughters grad party in 2022. She got to meet Abby for the first time and visit with Dawson her great-grandson.

she was the best mom ever taught me how to sew. cook. knit. i will always miss her she loved seeing her great great grand kids and all the other grand kids she was always good about senfingveach and everyone a birthday card.
