My prayers and condolences to the family of Betty Baker. I met her through National Urban Fellows.She was my mentor from Cincy to "The Swamp". I followed her career in admiration as she marked the history books to become the first African -American Woman to serve as County Manager. She was such a kind soul who will be missed by every life she touched. Deepest Sympathy,
