My sympathy for your loss of Betty! Visiting Christmas Around the Corner is a highlight of my trips to Gulf Shores area

Lou Anne I just saw the passing of your Mom, I remember her and the fun times we had growing up there in Fairhope. It is always hard loosing a parent, especially your Mom. Know that she is and will always be in your heart and mind to guide you. Your Olde friend... Ben

So many memories of your mom. Times we spent at each of her homes, going to Jr Miss, and of course church. She was such a nice person to know. Always made me smile and feel special. Haven´t seen her in a while but still feel the loss. Know she is having a great reunion.

Lou Anne, I am so sorry to learn of the death of your mother. You and your family are in Dave and my thoughts and prayers. I pray that the Lord will give you the strength you will need in the days that lie ahead. We are in North Carolina and will not be back until August. Our love will go out to you now and in the days that lie ahead. Much love, Anne

Oh Lou Anne , loved me some Betty Barnhill ! She was a Fairhope icon and called it like she saw it ! ( lol like my MoM too). I know your heart hurts and I´m so very sorry for your loss ! Sending love and prayers your way

Betty was one of a kind. She was a good friend to the Ready´s during our time in Fairhope and the years following. I always enjoyed visiting with her. She had a wealth of information to share. She will be missed. Prayers are lifted up for the family.

I am so very sorry for your loss Lou Ann. Your mother was such an amazing woman. She will definitely be missed. Prayers for you during this time.

What a legacy Betty and Ben Barnhill left for the City of Fairhope to remember. I will never pass that corner without thinking of both of them.

Lou Ann I´m so sorry for your loss... Nancy Newman
