Betty was born on December 3, 1935 and passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2019. She was a graduate of Appalachian State University. In keeping with Mrs. Blackwelder's wishes, the family will hold private services and she will be laid to rest at Cherryville City Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
Admired classmate from class of 1953 Polkville High School .
