As the lovely and charming lady charged with being the "mother hen" for prospective members when I first started attending meetings and later joining the Tweny-first Star Chapter NSDAR, Betty was a wonderful representative of the Chapter in the many areas she served. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Betty has been a long time friend in the 2ist Star Chapter DAR. I will miss her loving smile and all the work she did in the DAR chapter.I am sorry not to have a chance to pay my respects to Betty's daughters and granddaughters. She was so proud and always kept me up to date on the girls.
I will be giving a donation to the DAR chapter in her memory.
