Not sure what to say?

We are very sorry to hear of Betty's passing. We knew Betty from working with her during the St. Raphael's Fish Fry. Betty was a mainstay in the kitchen and would stand over the stove for many hours frying up the onions. She was an amazing individual who always helped others when needed. Your family will be in our prayers.

Betty was like a second mom to me and my husband, Kevin. We lived in the carriage house over her garage right after we got married 47 years ago and developed a friendship that lasted a lifetime. I called her, she called me. Since we ended up moving to Colorado we didn't see each other that much but whenever I was in town we went out to dinner or walked her property that she loved so much and worked so hard on up until almost the last days of her life. Dear Debbie and Family My heartfelt condolences to you and your dear family. I remember you gave me your Spanish Book "Entender y Leer" when I started my freshman Year at Marymount!! Keeping your Mom and Dad and your family in my prayers.

Betty was a great blessing to us at St. Raphael and she´ll be greatly missed. Though I am somewhat new to the parish as pastor, receiving a "Betty Box" was a huge blessing. She was an amazing baker and so very generous! I saw her at church just a few weeks ago and she had an amazing spirit to keep on keeping on no matter how she felt. I will miss her but keep will definitely keep her family in my prayers and thoughts.

We're glad Betty remained home, baking & cooking, until a few weeks ago. She was an incredibly hard worker, generous person, and longtime family friend with a wonderful family. Now she's at peace with Bill.

So many precious memories over the years with Aunt Betty! She kept in touch with family members far and wide, had lovely gatherings featuring divine cuisine, and will be sorely missed by all.. God bless family members for their loving care.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
