Betty Lou Brown, age 69, of Malvern, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday April 11, 2012 at Hot Springs County Medical Center. She was born February 13, 1943 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to the late Alonzo Boling and Permelia Essie Thornton.
Betty attended the Seventh Day Adventist Church. She was an exceptional wife to Clarence Jimmy for thirty-seven years and worked by his side on any project. Her hobbies were gardening, collecting frogs, art, cooking and fishing. Betty always kept a yard full of flowers and took pride in her work; her favorite flowers were Roses and Azaleas. She was very artistic and could look at anything and draw it. At last count, she had collected over 800 frogs that are placed around her yard and home. However, the most interesting characteristic about Mrs. Betty was her ability to love and search out the good in everyone and everything; she was the peacemaker of the family, she loved her family and friends, and they knew it.
