Not sure what to say?

I was lucky enough to direct Betty's doctoral dissertation at the University of South Florida. She was a delightful and energetic researcher and I am so sorry to learn of our loss. She was innovative and gave so much joy to those she worked with. A great lady!

My deepest and sincerest condolences to John and the rest of Betty's family. She was always vibrant and full of life. I always enjoyed seeing and talking to her.

Dr B-

Words can't come to mind when I read of your passing. You always made me laugh, and I am sure I will hear your laughter again someday. Preying for your loved ones left behind, but you are now at peace.

Dr. B - you were a wonderful Professor, mentor, and friend. Thank you for your dedication and time to the students and program ... You will be missed.

We are so fortunate that Betty decided to explore 'the far North' for the final stages of her career. She made many genuine contributions to the development and success of our graduate program in public health at University of Alaska Anchorage, and she will be warmly remembered and much missed! Thanks, Dr.B (and Dr. M!) for your late life embrace of Alaska and all you have provided to our students and community! Our condolences (and appreciation!) to the family for sharing Betty with us!

So sorry to hear of her passing. My heart breaks for you, John. She was such a happy, upbeat lady filled with kindness and grace. Gods peace be with you.

Betty - You were such a great neighbor and friend - I'm glad we got to talk about what was happening on New Year's Eve.. I'll miss you my friend !!
Rest in peace.
