I miss seeing Betty when I visit Indiana. I wish I could be there this week. Betty and my dear friend and colleague Sasha who died yesterday were two of the few truly selfless and good people I have been privileged to know. I hope Betty was on hand to greet Sasha and they are getting acquainted in heaven, free of pain at last. Their good example will forever inspire the rest of us, the many, many people who miss them.

Pam, Cheryl & Christy, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your Mom. She was such a sweet and blessed woman. I know our families spent a lot of time together when we were all kids. You and your families are in my thoughts and prayers at this time. It's wonderful to know that she is now singing God's praises and resting in the arms of our King Jesus.
