Betty Jean was a dear friend of mine. I told her many times how much she reminded me of my own mother. Her optimism was the anchor of that resemblance. She inspired me to get back to sewing and under her encouragement and tutelage I made my own square dancing club dress. I will miss my friend tremendously. Rest in peace my dear friend.
