Tom (jr) I was just now informed about your mothers passing. I wish that i would have learned in time to attend. I am so sorry for your loss.

We were saddened to hear of Betty's passing, we worked with her at WWW for many years. Betty was always a gracious lady, always willing to help others. She touched thousands of lives through work, church and life in general - she will always be remembered. Our deepest sympathy.

Tom and family,

Dear Combs family, Your Mother and Dad raised a wonderful family. She was very proud of all of you. She is one of the most gracious people I have ever met. God Bless her and she is not in any kind of pain anymore. I know she loves Heaven. Karol Koopman

Hi Tom (Jr), So sorry to hear of your mom's passing. My brother Reid sent me the link to her obituary. Not sure if you'll remember me, but we used to ride our bikes from Rockford Village all over the Rockford area during the summer to find open tennis courts with our little brown bag lunches.

One of my first memories of the Combs' was of them leading the "Mustard Seeds" at Rockford Baptist, theme song "It's Bubbling in My Soul" makes me smile. Betty's continuing and constant service to the church and mostly to God has always been a blessing and an example to me. I looked forward to the smile on her face and the hugs she had for me when I was able to visit RBC. It is a blessing to know she is singing praises to God in Heaven and just think of the gems she has in her heavenly crown!

Tom (Tommy) and family. I remember your mother as a sweet presence in our Village family. God bless you in your time of sorrow.
