There are numerous memories of Betty in the early years on the farm in Southside Virginia. Betty, Lynne, and parents, Marshall and Alma Haze were the best relatives to have. I admired her in completing the Bachelor's Degree at then Longwood College for the profession of teaching. She possessed natural instinct to assist children and youth grow to their optimum level mentally and physically. Blessings to Tommy and the extended family!
