Betty Fath

My brother Tom mentioned this as well, but Betty was a dear friend of our mother´s in Independent care (later in memory care), where they played Rumikub every single day. Sometimes my mom would win, sometimes Betty would win. They liked to say, "I´m Betty with a "y" and she´s Bette with an "e." Rest in peace, Betty with a y! We will miss you. Nancy Kennedy Speer

Betty was a dear friend of my mom, Bette Kennedy, at the senior living community in Louisville. They used to play Rumikub together. In the last couple of years I would see them sitting together, one or both asleep while sitting in the chair, one or the other with her head resting on the other´s shoulder. Betty was a wonderful lady. We will miss her.

First of all, my prayers go out to the family of Betty. Betty was my piano teacher in junior high. She was such a kind and patient teacher. She was also my dad's cousin, Charles (Billy) Bates. May all her troubles on earth be gone and may she rest peacefully in the kingdom of God
