Not sure what to say?

I regret I only had one opportunity to meet Betty, but found to her to be every bit as gracious as I anticipated, through the warm wishes and tokens of support she expressed towards me and my family, through correspondence. Betty certainly left a wonderful legacy, through her example and exceptional family! Thank you for sharing this!

I first met Betty in 1974 when I hired her to work with insurance companies as a "Rehabilitation Specialist" (today known as a Medical Case Manager)When marketing with me she would repeat my words verbatim --I asked her if she had a recorder in her pocket - but she just memorized my words. While I was never fortunate to meet you, Mrs. Favorite, I have been honored to be a friend of Kim's for the past 22 years. My condolences to your family and friends.
