Dear Jean, Al and the Entire Gamble/Evert family:
In the coming days and weeks my hope for all of you is that your good memories of Betty will slowly replace the grief and sorrow you're going through now. She was one of a kind and I was privileged to have known her as my mom's best friend and as a woman who always warmly welcomed us kids at the lake into her cottage for ‘board game' days.
