I had the honor of getting to know Betty when I was invited to help with her Sunday school class. That's when I learned that teaching over a dozen kindergarten and later 1st and 2nd grade children all in one class didn't have to be scary but could be exciting and fun! Betty was a great teacher and not just to the children. I learned a lot from her. She is someone to emulate and is the most honest and loving God fearing woman I've ever had the pleasure and been blessed to know. I miss her...
