Betty Hatch

 

HATCH, Betty J. – Of Grand Blanc, age 89, died Thursday, January 5, 2017 at Genesys Regional Medical Center.

 

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, January 9, 2017 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Larry Burk officiating.

 

Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.

 

Those desiring may make contributions to South Baptist Church.

 

Visitation 4-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

 

Betty was born in Detroit, Michigan on October 13, 1927, the daughter of Charles and Myrtle (Kerr) Hansen.

 

She married Kenneth Hatch on October 23, 1946 in Flint.

 

Surviving are children, Gary Hatch of Burton,

Cynthia and husband Tim Belcher of Ann Arbor;

 

Three grandchildren, Emily, T.J. and Casey;

 

Brother, Mike and wife Mary Merriman of Flint Township.

 

She was preceded in death by husband, Kenneth.
