Betty Loydean "BJ" Hendricks

I met BJ the first time I entered the doors of Community Baptist Church. She greeted me with a smile from ear to ear and proceeded to tell me that I could call her Granny. She introduced me to everyone there. I visited her once in Oklahoma. She pulled out every picture she had of her family members and proceeded to tell me about each and every one of them. She loved her family. BJ loved everybody and never met a stranger. I can't tell you how many times I heard her sing "I love you a Bushel...

Mrs. BJ would always take me to the dessert table on fellowship Sundays and let me get a treat before I ate my food. She never told my dad on me and has left me with a core childhood memory! Sending a lot of love from my family in Florida.
