Holly, was sorry to hear your Mom had passed. Your parents were sweet people. Your Mom always made me laugh. She used to do my Mom's hair ( Rotha Plummer ) and she cut mine too. They were good friends to my grandparents, Bessie and Elwell. Condolences to you and your family.

My happy memories of Betty are of her sister, Billie, and I visiting her home in Hancock's Bridge. No matter what Betty was doing, she'd stop and get us a snack.

I remember Holly as a very young girl - my prayers are with you and your family.

I miss her so much. She & I were the closest of our sisters. She taught me so much that our Mother never did. We all loved our Mother; but, she was of a different era. Betty & Dick were special people. AND, Holly. My late husband and I loved Holly very much. I still do. I told Betty once she had created a dynasty. She was the perfect "child raiser".
