Not sure what to say?

I find that our memories of friends are brought to mind when we experience little kindnesses or see something that reminds us of our lost friend. It seems good that they become alive in our minds again in that way. When someone warmly welcomes me in a gathering I am reminded of the way Betty Jo greeted us at ASID meetings. She was so welcoming. So full of life.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. I think of Betty Jo and my Mom daily and know how much you miss her. She is now not suffering and with her family in heaven. Know that she is watching over you all.

Hope and Richard Vance

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Betty Jo's family and friends. We believe she and Patricia are together again after 49 years. God Bless

Dear Patricia and Jonathon,

I was stunned and saddened to hear of Betty Jo's death. Time goes so quickly, and one is so busy with ones own world you assume that everyone you know is just continuing on as always.

Betty Jo, in addition to her talent and creativity, was one of the warmest and most welcoming persons that I have ever met. I am so sorry to hear of her passing.

Carol Helbraun, ASID

Dear Patricia and Jonathan,
My deepest sympathy to you and your family. Betty Jo was a mentor and dear friend who made a tremendous impact on the interior design profession. Through her work with ASID she impacted the lives of many designers across the country. I have many fond memories of Betty Jo that I cherish. She will be missed! You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
Warm Regards,
Joan Kaufman, FASID

Dear Patricia,Johnathan and grandchildren,

Your Mom/Grandma was just such a wonderful woman who I met through ASID. She was so welcoming and helpful at all times even if she was busy with her own work or her extensive work for our professional chapter. Know that there are other of us who will remember her creativity, kindness and goodness of which you had firsthand knowledge. May God bless you with happy memories that easy your sorrow. Patricia A. Martin, ASID

Dear Patricia & Jonathan,
My sincere sympathy to you on the sudden death of your dear Mother, Betty Jo. She was a lovely friend to me through ASID which I will always remember. May the Lord comfort you during this difficult transition. Nancy J. Folkers
