So sorry I was out of the country and not here to respond to a phone call from Betty on Sept. 27. She was such a good friend to my late husband Jack Vincent and even introduced him to running in the 1970s. We were still exchanging Christmas cards after all these years. Betty was a wonderful person who led a great life.
