Funeral services for Mrs. Betty Ann LaBorde will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 10, 2015 with Father Brian Seiller officiating. Entombment will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery #2 in Marksville. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Marksville.

Mrs. LaBorde, age 69, of Marksville, passed away on July 8, 2015 at Valley View Nursing Home in Marksville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Ester Fontenot Richard, daughter, Lisa St. Romain, and grandson, Dale Paul Fontenot.

Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Haron LaBorde of Marksville, 1 son, Ricky St. Romain (Rhonda) of Lafayette, 1 daughter, Mona Fontenot (Dale) of Marksville, 3 sisters, Maxine Rico of Moreauville, Brenda Franks of Echo, Kathy Morein of Ville Platte, 1 stepson, Haron ?Skip? LaBorde of Pollock, 2 stepdaughters, Gail LaBorde of Pineville, Tammy Laborde Brevelle of Marksville, 9 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren,

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until funeral service on Friday.


A rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. in the Chapel on Thursday.
