Not sure what to say?

Betty was one of the best people I had the pleasure of knowing from working with her at Marian Van Horn. She was wise and had a kind heart who always spoke lovingly of her children.

Loved the Wyandotte years will all the Lafferty’s. What a special lady your mom was.

Shared with Amy a story growing up. Ellen and I were playing and couldn’t find our moms anywhere. We wandered back outside our house and we talking about where they could be when we heard laughing and they both said ‘we are up here’? We looked up and they were having coffee in the treehouse! What a fun memory that is still. Peace to all

I'm so glad I got a chance to celebrate with Queen Betts on her 90th birthday celebration, and to reconnect with Jean & Ellen during their recent trips to Kansas City. Very special to me to have that opportunity. Sending love & hugs to all the Laffertys. xoxo

I extend my condolences to Chris Lafferty Psaras and the Lafferty family on the loss of such a truly remarkable woman! A hard act to follow! Take care of one another!

I feel so fortunate that I got to know Betty - what a truly wonderful friend and neighbor she was to my parents (Keith and Charlotte). She helped me whenever I visited them as well, everything from assisting with my daughter's baptism party many years ago to making her red wagon available for moving my dad over to the Parks more recently. I cherish her cherry cobbler recipe - extra special made with my dad's cherries. To all her daughters that I met in KC, and those I didn't have the...

Lafferty family and friends. Betty will be greatly missed. She was a fun and wonderful person. I send my sympathy. Prayers and best wishes to you all at this such trying time. Enjoy Heaven Betty.

Betty Lafferty was a wonderful part of my youth memories. It was so amazing to me to go to the Lafferty home that had all those kids and Betty had it under control and was doing her painting. She was truly a beautiful painter.

All our sympathies from the Klockau family. Our folks Keith & Charlotte were next door neighbors to Betty for years at Armour Oaks & considered her a great friend.

Betty will always be remembered. She's a wonderful woman and my life is way better for knowing her!
