Not sure what to say?

For many years I worked with Betty on the Jr. High musicals at St. Brendan School. She had such a fun, warm way about her that the students would really belt out those tunes. She was having a great time and could really play that piano. She will be greatly missed. Sorry for your loss. Ann Goff

Betty Lou opened full wide, the doors of musical expression and enjoyment to many of us attending Crystal Springs elementary in the early 60's. As we reminisce, Betty Lou is fondly mentioned, warmly remembered and now..., sadly missed.

Dear Janie and Family: We are so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother, our thoughts and prayers are with you always. She will be missed by many people. We are here if you need anything.

Sincerely,

Sylvia F Alatorre

Mr. Ludwig,
Betty was one of the kindest friends that knew my mother, Linda. Mom used to talk about Betty Lou with the utmost respect. God has gained a kind, generous, and thoughtful soul.

I give you this
one thought to keep-
I am still with you
I do not sleep
I am a thousand winds that blow
I am the diamond glints in snow
I am the sunlight on ripened grain
I am the gentle autumn rain

When you awaken
In the morning’s...

Dear Mr. Ludwig and Janie,
I am so thankful to have known your lovely wife and mother, Mrs. Ludwig. I just learned today of her passing and am saddened she has left us. The loss to our musical community and mostly to the both of you who shared her with all of us, is tremendous and immeasurable. Thank you, and may Mrs. Ludwig be held in His palm for evermore. - Lori Euken Wheatley (on behalf of the Euken sisters three, and our family.)

Dear Mr Ludwig and Janie,
I was so sorry to see in the paper today that Mrs. Ludwig passed way. She was my favorite teacher and I appreciate all the encouragement she gave me with my music. I loved playing clarinet duets with her during my music lessons. She always made music fun. I lost my mom 4 years ago, but she is always with me in my heart. I hope this is so for you also. I am so thankful that Mrs Ludwig was part of my life growing up. May the peace of all understanding be with you....

Dear Bob and Janie..................I was so very sorry to hear about Betty Lou's passing. Both of you made such an impact on the Northshore music program and touched many lives over so very many years. Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time.

Will always remember how beautiful, encouraging, and easy Betty Lou was to work with. Many times after rehearsals the group would go out for a bite to eat. Betty certainly enjoyed her burgers n fries. I will miss her wonderful laughter too.
