Betty L. Mills

I met and saw Betty several times. She was an impressive person who I liked a lot.

She made me a better person.

I knew Betty was special when I took care but after reading her obituary I now know I took care of a ND legacy. It was my honor and privilege to once be a part of her care team. She was so joyful and always made me laugh. Hugs and prayers to you Nancy and Sherry. Oh your mom loved you so!

We will miss Betty, who was a first cousin to my wife Cynthia's mother, Norma "Pat" Bates. Betty was a very gifted person who lived a long life and also lived her life to the fullest. I knew Betty Mills for only a short while and enjoyed my time with her immensely. I'm sorry we never got to talk about the Alternatives to Violence Project where I also volunteered at a different time in another state. Betty Mills is truly good people defined. I didn´t know Betty Mills but read this obituary because I remember her column in the newspaper. What a life well lived! The writing in the obituary was very well done and made me laugh. I also liked the beginning intro before the info. Condolences.

What I knew of Betty, I learned from her daughter Nancy. I hope to be thought of with as much love, respect and awe by my daughter. I
know Betty will be missed.
