Not sure what to say?

To the Family of Betty O. Peters--My Deepest Sympathy to each of you in the loss of Betty. I taught with her 1969-1973, and have many fond memories of her as a teacher, social event organizer, hostess, great baker. She loved her family dearly and spoke with great affection about each of you. She was a great person and will be sure to live on in the memories of all who knew her. I will miss getting her Christmas card 2 days after Thanksgiving with a brief update on her life and yours. May God...

To Cindy and the Ocasek Family,
I just wanted to express my deepest sympathy. I wanted to thank all of your family for all of the support they have given me through these many years. Betty and Oliver were such wonderful people and I will never forget them. Losing a loved one is never easy, but just think of all of the wonderful joys that they leave us in order to cope.

Mrs. Betty Peters, better known to us at Old Trail School as "Grandma," was always a pleasant, caring person who liked to be busy. As long as she was able, she contributed by working in our school cafeteria. She will be greatly missed by all of us who were fortunate enough to know and to be associated with her.

Betty was a great teacher and friend to our family. I know that she will be sorely missed! May you find comfort in the love and blessings she brought to each of your lives.

Dear Mrs. Peters,
You will forever be in my heart. I worked at VanDevere's and loved seeing you and talking to you. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers at this sad time. THe Angels truly have something to sing about today. They have YOU!!!

Betty was such a wonderful neighbor and friend. She would keep a watchful eye on our house and loved to watch my son play in the yard. I loved listening to her tell me about her past and all the great things she did in her life. She was so proud of her family and loved them all very much! She will be missed.

My sincere expression of sympathy to the Peters & Ocasek families.

Your students and faculty members will always remember her pioneer achievements in Summit County education.

Betty's kindness and generosity were a blessing to so many. Perhaps it may comfort her family to know that her graciousness and thoughtfulness are vividly remembered and still very much appreciated.
