Betty L. (nee Lessel) Beloved wife of the late Anthony Pflum. Dear sister of Edward (Jean) Lessel and Aunt of Robert and Robin Lessel. Passed away on Wed. Feb. 18, 2015 at Mason Christian Village at age 84. She will be sadly missed by family and friends. Funeral Service will be held at Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home 10211 Plainfield Rd., Evendale, OH 45241, Monday Feb 23, at 11:00AM. Memorial contributions may be given to the COPD Foundation or the Scratching Post. My aunt Betty was a very sweet lady. I have fond memories of her. She and my uncle Tony were a loving couple. Although she and I stayed in contact by exchanging Christmas cards each year, I am sorry that I had not seen her in recent years and did not know that she was ill.

Betty Lu was a very kind, loving, giving person. I met her at Copperfield and helped her out at times. Then when she got more fragile, she went to Mason Christian Village, and helped her when she was living there. We became very close and began calling her my Maw. She was a happy person, with many stories. We looked at pictures of her past with Tony, the love of her life, and her cats especially Sammy Lu. I miss her dearly and loved her to the end of time.
