Betty Prakken

Dear family, I am very sorry to read of Betty's passing, which I learned of when our October newsletter was returned to me as undeliverable. I never had the good fortune of meeting her, but she was a member of the Tualatin Valley Chapter of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) of which I am the current president. I've also attended the Canby Spring Garden Fair many times and read that she helped start it. She sounds like an amazing lady. Please accept the sincere...
